Audio In and Midi In (dumb question sorry! still learning how to use Element)

This question is similar to this one.

I noticed that when I add an Audio In or a MIDI In through the right-click menu, it does add them without the Output Port, but when I add them through the GRAPH, it does add with the Output Port.

Is this an expected behavior? Why is like that?

And once I add the Audio In and MIDI In through the right-click menu (which adds them without the Output Port), how can I add the Output Port to them?

I just need to have a look at that. If the io nodes don't have ports, you can always use the +/- buttons in the "Graph" panel on the left to add them.
