[Bug]: VST (Qrange) settings lost after restarting

What happened?

In previous 0.46.6 version the setting in the Qrange PEQ VST can store correctly.
Restart the Element will have the previous stored EQ settings.
However the 1.0.0 (build 368) will set the PEQ settings to default even after I save the element project.
The 1.0.0 is able to remember the setting in Dirac VST but cannot save the setting of the QRange PEQ.
