Add GitHub Actions workflow for Pages deployment

Introduces a deploy.yml workflow to automate building and deploying the project to GitHub Pages on pushes to the main branch. The workflow sets up Node.js, installs dependencies, builds with environment variables, and deploys the output using official GitHub Actions.
