Update version on pypi?

Latest available version is 0.9.2 from 2015 and I see that there was a few commit since 2015.
I have to work with versions in my projects, so I cannot use the latest commits.

I want to package this and pip-versions for openSUSE , and also need real versions, and I also need tests, so I would appreciate some tags in this repo so that I can get versioned tarballs to use in packaging.

Tip: upstream PrettyTable has been revived and had recent releases this month.
