Apparently this doesn't work because arrow2 doesn't support it through ffi: https://github.com/jorgecarleitao/arrow2/blob/3ddc6a10c6fbc2d0f85a9f66eeb46112abd07029/src/ffi/schema.rs#L424-L428, and MonthDayNano is the only one pyarrow supports
