How do I make bold Markdown text?

With Markdown you can make text bold with two * like this: **Bold text**.

How can I add those with this plugin?

You can prefix your surrounds with numbers, similar to how you can prefix other actions (e.g. d) with numbers. For example, 2yss* would add 2 asterisks on each side of the current line.
