`docker-registry` module is doubled on the lists

Description
As a user, I'm able to install Docker-Registry and Cap-Operator as a Community Module, but also as a managed module, and when I install a module as a managed module (KymaCR), then it appears in the CommunityModules table.

Expected result
docker-registry, cap-operator (all of the modules which could be managed and unmanaged) are not doubled.

Actual result

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Modules view
2. Click add in Modules table
3. Add docker-registry or any module which could be managed and community
4. Check Modules and Community Modules tables
