feat: eventually support shared proxy port per UNIs #111
Description
It's been decided that only one dedicated proxy port will be used per UNI for now due to #106
On issue 110 the validation will be added #110. We'll keep this issue open since 110 will be addressed and then we'll continue the discussion here if there's ever major demand for this feature and to discuss how it'll be supported.
