Description
Maybe remove proxy ports when AmLight's starts using new OpenFlow/P4 agent. It turns out that with the AmLight's new OpenFlow/P4 agent that @italovalcy is building, the sink switch won't have NoviFlow actions restriction anymore of not being able to use add_int_metadata, send_report and pop_int in the same set of actions.
Let's keep this in mind in the future, if it turns out as expected here then we might be able to remove proxy ports. But that will also depend if by then maybe INT will already be natively done on AmLight's pipeline without needing a NApp like telemetry_int currently does
