consider introducing an emailReports CRD

exactly like for customBoard CRDs currently in development in #1196 it would great IMHO to have equivalent CRDs for email reports.
It would be super useful to let namespace owners define what type of email report they want, and at which frequency

Hi, @fjogeleit , just checking-in to know your thoughts on that one

In our multi-tenant clusters every namespace is owned by a different team with different contact email addresses, so it's impossible to send all teams their own reports using only the global config, hence the need to have a per-namespace config

hey, sorry for the delayed answer, its definitely something to consider but I can't offer a timetable for it right now. Currently I catching up with reported bugs and provide fixes first before I can work on new features / improvements.
