Customize Slack notification

Is there a way to fully customize slack notification?

Right now the notification shows information that we dont need, I would like to know if there is a way to fully customize the slack notification
like changing the icon, the name, color, message structure

Currently Thats not possible and not so easy to achieve. Which Information would you like to remove?
