Merge tag 'bootconfig-v6.16' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/trace/linux-trace

Pull bootconfig updates from Masami Hiramatsu:

 - Allow overriding CFLAGS and LDFLAGS for tools/bootconfig, for example
   making it a static binary.
