The KeypairResourcePolicySettingModal component is currently passing the 'name' field in the props object when updating keypair resource policies, which causes issues because the name field should not be included in the modification payload.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The 'name' field should be properly excluded from the props object when creating/modifying keypair resource policies
• The modal should function correctly without passing unwanted fields to the API
• No regression in existing functionality

Technical Details:
This issue affects the form submission logic in the handleOk method of the KeypairResourcePolicySettingModal component, where form values are processed and sent to the GraphQL mutation.
