Terminology when using "fail_on"

Currently the CLI is overloading the term policy when being asked to fail on certain criteria. For instance:

ERROR ENFORCE POLICY: vulnerabilities found with threshold 'high' (exit code: 9)

Lacework has many types of policies (including vulnerability policies, policy platform, etc.) and we aren't enforcing a policy here per-se.
