Add ability to edit inspection logs

Scenario:
Navigate to an existing plane or create one.
Navigate to one of the inspections (eg Annual).
Provide a date and text in the Notes field.
Press Add Inspection Log.

Notice the new inspection log entry populates.
Notice there is a delete option, but no edit option.
