How do I run the editor

Hey there.
This may seem like a bit of a dumb question, but I would like to know what other actions are required after the install has completed.
I am trying to connect to Localhost 9000 but I am getting the following error:
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
then, after refreshing
ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED

Please help!

Can you tell me what your OS and Vagrant version are? Are there any errors on the console (not in the web browser)?

It's been a while since I used this, it's possible something is no longer compatible.
