Fix map bounds on layer switch

Should be able to store the current view bounds as MapManager attributes & persist on layer change. Nice to have for contest, or later.

The framewise=False option will do the job, but:

• when the application is loaded for the first time, the map is empty.
• The reset button does not fit the map to the original bounds

We can use the following streams:

• XYRange: store the current view (x_range, y_range) and use these values to set the zoom level to the old view.

• PlotReset: this will be triggered when the reset button is clicked and will set the x/y limits of the plot to the original map limits (No! this will signal when a plot reset event has been triggered...)

• History: we can use this to store an "history" of the plot views (XYRange)?

This will set the plot bounds:

the_plot.redim.range(x=x_range, y=y_range)

Oooh this is a big help for me, as I am hoping to pull all search & mapping under a param class today.

You pretty much have this nailed down in the gist, so just need to implement in the MapManager & your plotting functions. I can try for the former today w/ basic RGB demo.
