ci(l1): add eest/execute-blobs to daily report (#5044)

**Motivation**
`eest/execute-blobs` was executed but not added to the report

**Description**
- Added `eest/execute-blobs` report
- Merged `daily_hive_report` and `common_hive_reports` into one file
- Commented eest tests while the migration to eels is ongoing
