Investigate why some delay is needed after deposit through contract call #173
Description
In the integration test, after making the deposit here some delay was added to wait for the deposit to impact in the L2 balance, this isn't the desired behavior.
Also, by using the CLI, if you make a deposit to the L2 and quickly check for the balance on L2, some time is needed for it to change.
