Files copyright-protected but lacks licensing

A few files contain explicit copyright notice (different from project-wide copyright and licensing, which anyway is arguably too vague) and lack licensing:

ontospy/gendocs/media/templates/html-multi/browser/browser_classinfo.html
ontospy/gendocs/media/templates/html-multi/browser/browser_shapeinfo.html

Both files contain the copyright notice "©2021 The MITRE Corporation. All Rights Reserved".

Please add explicit licensing next to those copyright notices (and consider generally adding copyright and licensing notices inside each file, since project-wide notices are otherwise easily lost when code is borrowed into other projects)
