Having issues with Ninja, does not detect file despite correct directory

How do I fix this?
Notes:

• CMakeOutput.log does not exist.
• Build details do not give me any extra info.
• My project uses mainly original files, the only edits I made were to main.cpp to change the function of the microbit, as well as adding a file to the libraries.

Are you using the Docker image to build the samples? It's a bit odd as it looks like you are using Docker, which should be an Ubuntu-based image, but it also looks like something is trying to invoke ninja.exe, which would be the Windows build path.
