Mark com.lancedb lance-spark packages as deprecated

Today, when doing a Google search, many users still find and end up installing the com.lancedb version of spark connector which is very old and buggy.

We should mark it as deprecated explicitly in maven central at this point. Need to check what is the best way to do this

I think the best way is to publish a relocation POM at old GAV. It sounds like that should just foward com.lancedb straight to org.lance. I will look into this.
