outLooktest program throw exception

try to get The sender name 
the procedures from   mapi32.dll not assigned 
like HrGetOneProp , HrSetOneProp 
the compiler don't find HrGetOneProp@12 , HrSetOneProp@8 
which version of mapi32.dll you using ?
