这个报错是因为 xml_msg 为 None，代码尝试 decode 时就会抛出 AttributeError。根本原因通常是微信服务器推送的 POST 请求 Content-Type 是 text/xml，但实际 body 是 JSON（比如 {"encrypt":"..."}），导致 LangBot 解析失败，xml_msg 变成 None，进而 decode 报错。详细分析和解决方案见此。

正确的请求体格式应该是标准 XML，包含 标签，例如：

  <Encrypt><![CDATA[加密消息]]></Encrypt>

你可以抓包或加日志确认实际收到的请求体格式。如果 Content-Type 是 text/xml，但 body 是 JSON，可以用 nginx/caddy 反向代理把 Content-Type 重写为 application/json，或者让微信后台推送标准 XML 格式。官方 adapter 配置参数（token、EncodingAESKey、AppID、AppSecret）也要确保正确。
