Fix Typos in Vectorstore Integration Documentation Notebooks (#31612)
Description: This pull request corrects minor typographical errors in the documentation notebooks for vectorstore integrations. Specifically, it fixes the spelling of "datastore" in `llm_rails.ipynb` and "pre-existent" in `redis.ipynb`. These changes improve the clarity and professionalism of the documentation. No functional code changes are included.
