Feature request

I would like to request the addition of the "ERNIE-Character-8K-0321" model to the list of supported models in the LangChain project.

Motivation

The "ERNIE-Character-8K-0321" model, developed by Baidu QianFan, has shown promising results in various language-related tasks. It utilizes character-level embeddings and has been trained on a large corpus, making it suitable for handling Chinese text and character-level analysis. By adding this model to LangChain, users can benefit from its unique capabilities for Chinese language processing and gain access to a wider range of language models.

Proposal (If applicable)
