langchain-cli cachedir change

Feature request

The current default cachedir for langchain app add is source code reference

import typer
app_dir= typer.get_app_dir("langchain")
# typically:
# Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\langchain
# Linux: /home/<username>/.config/langchain

Is it more preferable changing to

import appdirs
appdirs.user_cache_dir("langchain")
# typically:
# Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\langchain\langchain\Cache
# Linux: /home/<username>/langchain/langchain

Motivation

The default cachedir for Linux is typically locate in ~/.config, which has this directories:

~/.config/langchain
└── git_repos
    └── langchain_ai_langchain_git_4fe265c3  # Git repository, too big

I think ~/.cache is more preferable.
