store location information in Documents metadata

Feature request

I'd like to have the page/location information in the Document metadata for the chunks. I'm using UnstructuredEPubLoader.

Motivation

the idea is that not only would the llm return a RAG answer, but it would be able to cite exactly where in the document it found the content.
