Deprecate the weaviate integration in langchain_community since further development has moved to the https://github.com/langchain-ai/langchain-weaviate partner package

Motivation

1. Docs says to deprecate community integration when migrating to partner package
2. Avoid confusion from users on which weaviate integration to use
