Hi - I am getting the following error while pip installing langchain modules on Google Colab. This started from today morning(I am in India). Has anything changed and also how do I get rid of this issue?

Tried that as well but getting the same error. Cargo, the Rust package manager, is not installed or is not on PATH.
This package requires Rust and Cargo to compile extensions. Install it through
the system's package manager or via https://rustup.rs/
