Support JSON strict mode for AzureChatOpenAI class for the method with_structured_output

Feature request

Currently, with_structured_output method in AzureChatOpenAI only supports ['function_calling', 'json_mode'] but ChatOpenAI supports ['function_calling', 'json_mode', 'json_schema'].
For gpt-4o-mini-2024-07-18 and gpt-4o-2024-08-06 can have json_schema support for AzureChatOpenAI as well

Motivation

We use Azure OpenAI models for our production, having the new strict json mode would simplify our post-processing setup

Any updates about when this will be added? I am assuming this should be a simple fix as it is already implemented for ChatOpenAI and the azure api supports the new json_schema alternative and the strict option.

Hi I too just realized this in the process of moving from OpenAI direct to AzureOpenAI... Whats the plan for adding this mode?
