create_retrieval_chain has no verbose

Feature request

qa_chain = load_qa_chain(chat, verbose=True) is possible

retrieval_chain = create_retrieval_chain(retriever, combine_docs_chain) is not allowed to have a verbose.

Motivation

It is important to be able to diagnose create_retrieval_chain just like any other chain.
