Add xAI to Langchain

Feature request

Just like other partners like OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc, we need to integrate xAI (Grok model) into LangChain.

Motivation

I assume everyone has already heard of xAI Grok. If you haven't, check here:

They're moving fast.

Not sure if you already realized it but you can directly use Grok through ChatOpenAI: https://docs.x.ai/api/integrations#openai-sdk

The following core works

        model="grok-beta", api_key=XAI_API_KEY, base_url="https://api.x.ai/v1"
    )
    for chunk in llm.stream("What is your name? Who created you?"):
        print(chunk.content)

As @BhandarkarPawan notes, the Grok API is fully compatible with the OpenAI API and the Anthropic API. This means that we can directly use the LangChain ChatOpenAI() and ChatAnthropic() interfaces.

e.g.

from langchain_anthropic import ChatAnthropic

model = ChatAnthropic(model = "grok-beta", api_key = XAI_API_KEY, anthropic_api_url = "https://api.x.ai")

response = model.invoke("What is your name? Who created you?")
print("response: ", response.content)
