ConfluenceLoader to use api v2

Feature request

I would like a ConfluenceLoaderV2 that uses the new rest/api/v2. It has better permission handling as well as less API calls to be made.

Motivation

Currently the Loader uses the rest api v1 and that comes with a lot of weird api calls like "rest/api/user/anonymous" and makes the confluance permissions much broader than they need to be. Loading documents form a certain scope should only require confluence scope permissions instead of global permissions
