Will Langchain support Qdrant Semantic Cache?

Feature request

Langchain supports Redis and other semantic caches. Would langchain consider to support Qdrant semantic cache with TTL? Then, a Qdrant vector store will remove the points after they expire.

Motivation

Qdrant semantic cache can reduce latency and save cost when users input similar questions to prompt the LLM to generate text responses.
