About Conversational Retrieval Chain Prompt Design

I am using Conversational Retrieval Chain to make conversation bot with my documents. I don't want bot to say. I don't know when it does not know something. Is there any way of twerking this prompt so that it should give email of customer support that I will provide in prompt.
ANd if someone ask who are you type of questions then it should say I am customer support bot type of thing.
