Different log levels

I loved the verbose agent output that was available in langchain- It was human-readable and contained everything that I need. The debug option in Langgraph contains a superset of this information and is much, much uglier.

I understand that it can be useful for debugging purposes to print out all of this information, but I would love a middle ground that produced llm outputs tool inputs/outputs in a human readable way. I believe this could be taken care of with multiple log levels.
