Changelogs availability

Hello!

I use langgraph🕸️ for months now, but I am stuck in a old version. I am thinking about upgrading my projects but I don't see where I can find the changelogs to make a diff and check what is new from my version to the new one.
Is there a place where I can find this?

hi @Bennoo -- we have changelogs available in two places:

• releases on github here https://github.com/langchain-ai/langgraph/releases/tag/0.2.28 (we're also working on improving them)
