Langgraph doesnt proceed after __start__ when called from langgraph platform-deployed api

There is an issue where if I hit the endpoint manually it processes docs fine

but when I make the exact same call from our website (beta) it stops at start step

It runs fine again if I fork it and run it with Langgraph Studio

What am I missing here?
