Human handoff - redirect to human agent if special assistant needed

I came across RASA fallback-handoff, which connects a human agent into the chat loop. Sometimes we may need to connect human agent if chatbot cannot able to answer or perform a specific task.

Is it possible with langchain/langgraph framework? If yes, please redirect me to necessary docs.

Thanks for the links. But i was not looking for this.

Human-in-loop is to approve/deny or to guide the chatbot. I am looking to handover the chat itself a human agent(support person).
i.e, to add one or many support persons in the same chat window

No not yet. Since langgraph is not answering for this, maybe its not possible with this library. But its possible with RASA as per their documentation
