Difference between LangGraph PostgresStore and Lanchain PGVectorStore

I am confused between why LangGraph has it's own store PostgresStore: see here

and langchain has its own PGVectorStore: see here

PGVectorStore seems to have several advantages over the PostgresStore, but I am not sure if they are compatible? Could someone explain the purpose of each in relation to one another.
