[useStream] Submid method should be support Promise

Pre:

export interface UseStream {
    submit: (values: GetUpdateType<Bag, StateType> | null | undefined, options?: SubmitOptions<StateType, GetConfigurableType<Bag>>)   => void;
}

As type definition the submit is VoidFunc, but as logged it's Promise. So I wonder could we use it as Promise as well. And Could we update types for it.
