Steps to reproduce

When the token expires or becomes invalid, certain APIs such as /api/site and /api/parameters fail to reload using the token. This prevents the checkOrSetAccessToken method from obtaining a new valid token

✔️ Expected Behavior

Token is now automatically re-acquired and re-set when it becomes invalid.

❌ Actual Behavior

Token cannot be re-acquired and re-set after it expires or becomes invalid.
