Steps to reproduce

1、click tools-->mcp-->add mcp
2、add mcp server url and params ，and then save
3、no mcp tools will be seen in the right side bar
4、edit the mcp server ,then save
5、tools will be seen now

✔️ Expected Behavior

mcp tools will be seen in the right side bar

❌ Actual Behavior

There is no mcp tools in the right side bar
