Steps to reproduce

Create a custom tool, Install it in an agent, then refresh the page (not sure if this also happens with other AIs

✔️ Expected Behavior

The custom tool should continue to show blue status in the agent tools

❌ Actual Behavior

I created a custom tool called "crypto receive"

I installed it in the agent and it looks fine and works:

But when I refresh, or leave the page and then go back to agent, it will show disabled, says the tool was deleted (which is not true)

Strangely, it continues using it, so it seems to be just in the UI but not in the actual AI agent:

Not sure if this is also the case with chatflows or workflows
