Jetstream Team permission on model?

As I read through Jetstream documentation I saw this in team permission section $user->hasTeamPermission($team, 'server:create') and I wonder is "server" is the model? If so how would one attach the team to the model? if not then what is it? It is here: https://jetstream.laravel.com/1.x/features/teams.html#inspecting-user-teams
