Package name including the name laravel in it?

I tried searching but was unable to find anything anywhere but does anyone know if naming a Laravel package something like chasenyc/laravel-package-name is okay or frowned upon. I was not sure what Taylor's stance on the matter was. Hope this is an appropriate place to ask this question.
