Update Illuminate/View package for Lumen

Hi,

I am using Lumen latest with "illuminate/view" package @ version 8.38.0.

Unfortunately this is not quite true, since there are no commits in the package since Oct 27, 2020.
What I am missing are the new class() and has() methods in Illuminate\View\ComponentAttributeBag class.

When are you planning to update the package? Isn't it more correct not to bump the package version in case it was not actually updated?
