Replace the boolean value of the header with string in Octane

I'm running Octane through Roadrunner.

This is the error log.

and this is the code that is causing the problem in the log.

I know what is actually nothing to do and Octane the problem(roadrunner-server/roadrunner#130).
And of course, I know if I change true to 'true' here, no error will occur.
I was wondering if this could be resolved at the package level.
