Is there a way to sync subscriptions?

For some reason, the Stripe CLI does not always work e.g. if you keep it running for a few hours and then do some transactions, then the webhooks are not handled which means that even if the user subscribe and pay, my app does not know about it - Yes, I know the CLI is for test and not production, I'm just concerned that it might also happen in production.

So I was wondering if Cashier have support for synchronising subscriptions so that subscriptions in he app is equal to the subscriptions in Stripe?
